The Lingzhan Center City has a construction area of 140000 square meters and a commercial area of 120000 square meters. It has a total of 5 floors, with 2 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. It was carefully designed by the world-class commercial architecture firm Callison, and the roof is a 20000 square meter green ecological park. There are 7500 square meters of sunken landscape squares on both sides, all of which are used for catering.
