With over 20 years of experience in new drug research and production management, he has played an important role in the development and commercialization of multiple global new drugs. The Medicine Maker 2020 "Top 20 Most Influential Figures in the Global Small Molecule Field" and 2019 "Top 100 Most Influential Figures in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry". Prior to joining the company, served as the Director of Technical Operations for a US company. Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Peking University and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota.
